Medical Director

Dr. Moore graduated with Honors from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology.  He then graduated from medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and attended post graduate education at the University of California, Irvine graduating with board eligibility in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

He later graduated from the University of Southern California through the Los Angeles County Hospital with a specialty in Adult Psychiatry.  Dr. Moor has been Medical Director at St. Joseph’s Hospital, San Diego Health Alliance, San Diego Reference Lab, has served as a member of a Diversion Evaluation Committee with the Diversion Program for Physicians and has been certified through the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the MROCC.

Dr. Moore is currently the Medical Director of San Diego Reference Lab and Veterans Administration Opiate Treatment Program and Addictive Behaviors Clinic.  He also practices as an Emergency Room Psychiatrist, holds a teaching position with the Department of Psychiatry at USC, is the Service Chief of Psychiatry with Tarzana Treatment Center, works with Prototypes in Pasadena treating psychiatric out patients, and has a private psychiatric practice in Beverly Hills.
